I was just chatting earlier today with Gwyn Jones, my MIT D-Lab colleague who runs the Cycles class, about why folding bikes are so cool, namely multi-modality, the ease of shifting from biking to driving to mass-transit. I asked about unicycles and specifically the Enicycle -- the cool Adria-tech invention I noted a couple months ago.
