Hudnut's Matrix ~ Newco Business Models...
CSU professor Paul Hudnut teaches in their Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise program and blogs at BOPreneur. He cooked up this Matrix of business models as driven by target market (Base of Pyramid/BOP vs TOP) and the nature of the customer demand (Crisis vs Chronic)...
