Flash of Genius ~ A Story of Creativity, Courage, and Persistence!

Thanks to my MIT Sloan MBA friend Faisal Alibrahim for pointing out this trailer for new film Flash of Genius about professor Bob Kearns who invented the intermittent windshield wiper only to have it stolen by Ford and other big car co's. But he persisted and won millions in what was ultimately a Supreme Court decision... Reminds me a bit of the movie about Preston Tucker, an early car inventor. Great to see more focus on the creative role of the inventor and the moral power of persistence! Also sad how the legal struggle hugely consumed Kearns as you can glean from this Washington Post obit.
