Arbitrary or Arbitration ~ Questioning the Default

Most consumers today are forced to decide between either "not purchasing" or agreeing to a "mandatory arbitration" deal with some bigco. Basically bigco's bully individuals by default. And as David Lazarus writes in his LATimes piece Sue the company? Most contracts force consumers to forfeit that right most of us are already screwed before we begin to use the core product or service. Watch out. It's an unseemly and dirty unethicalism which is not true or proper Capitalism, but instead one annoying variant of state-empowered extractionism.
