Trevipark is one of my favorite examples of an urban innovation. Born in Italy where space for automobiles in old cities and towns is quite tight, the Trevipark robotic parking system simply shifts the cars underground, well sheltered, until the driver needs them. All the security for these automated car parks is handled via cameras and teleoperation. This isn't just for warm weather areas either: installations have been in frigid Stockholm, Sweden as well!
