At his alumni reunion, one MIT grad thanked President Emeritus Wiesner for his excellent career advice at Commencement, inspiring words which changed his life and were the secret to his success. Wow, thought the President, and asked "What did I say?" The alum replied "Well as we were all coming up on stage to get our diplomas, you shook my hand and said "Keep on moving!" Congrats to today's MIT grads! And take to heart President Wiesner's advice -- as conveyed by his successor's successor, MIT President Emeritus Vest -- never stop creating, innovating, experimenting, venturing, and doing all the things that really allow us to thrive, both as individuals and as a society!
