Jose Gomez-Marquez ~ MIT & Nicaragua Co-Lab

I was delighted to host multi-company entrepreneur Jose Gomez-Marquez again on my MaximizingProgress.tv show. As I mentioned last time, Jose co-founded both Aerovax and XoutTB prior to his most recent role co-founding and directing the Innovations in International Health (IIH) effort within the International Development Initiative (IDI) at MIT. Tonight Jose summarized his experiences this past Spring semester 2009 at MIT teaching the D-Lab Health class and this summer in Nicaragua with colleagues Anna Young and Lisa Schlecht working with local partners on co-developing medical devices.
