13th Amendment ~ Abolishing Slavery, Servitude

Correcting an absolutely central US Constitutional flaw -- and an ongoing and appalling human rights atrocity -- the post-Civil War 13th Amendment -- declared, finally, 145 years ago today -- officially abolished and prohibited slavery and involuntary servitude. May this never be needed again.
